Escape to the spectacular landscapes of South East Queensland on this wonderful 6 day journey combining ancient rainforest, hinterland villages, wildlife, tropical flavours and the beautiful Gold Coast. From the World Heritage listed rainforests of Lamington National Park to the beaches of Coolangatta, this tour offers a relaxed and varied holiday filled with memorable experiences.

Spend two nights surrounded by nature at the renowned O’Reilly’s Rainforest Retreat, where highlights include a 4WD Billy Tea and History Tour, Birds of Prey presentation, wildlife encounters and the famous Tree Top Walk.

Continue through charming Tamborine Mountain, visiting the fascinating Glow Worm Caves and beautiful Botanic Gardens before arriving on the Gold Coast. From here, discover the flavours and scenery of the Tweed Valley with a visit to Tropical Fruit World, the Tweed Regional Gallery and Margaret Olley Art Centre, and a local distillery experience.

A scenic Tweed River Eco Cruise provides a relaxing way to enjoy the region’s waterways, while an evening at the Australian Outback Spectacular brings together dinner, entertainment, horsemanship and Australian storytelling.

Our final day includes time at Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary before flying home to Sydney, completing a wonderful escape filled with nature, wildlife and unique Queensland experiences.
